NPA Community Fund and the Mobilization Center are hiring a state-wide team of Rural Community Outreach Specialists to build voter participation through meaningful conversations.
We are looking for community-oriented, passionate, and responsible individuals to be advocates of voting rights and community wellness in rural Alaska. These positions will focus on education and outreach for localized issues, such as safe and secure access to voting, climate justice and protection of our traditional ways of life. Ideal candidates are individuals that have a close tie to their community and Alaska Native cultures, are comfortable facilitating conversations over the phone, and value the importance of listening.
*Work will be done following the CDC guidelines and many tasks will be completed by phone and computer from home or office. Technology stipends available and all necessary PPE will be provided!
